8Apps is your personal catalogue of Apps!
8Apps is a cloud-based app (like 8Cafe and 8Books) and the 24th in the 8Apps series. I love apps (and I published 30+ so far, all free!). I wanted a reference app, where I can store info of all my other apps! V2.0 is a major upgrade in functionality and optimised user experience.
So, I designed and built 8Apps to help me record and recall my app experiences.The simplicity is exemplified by, hopefully, intuitive design where the app just does what the user thinks it should at that point in time.
Capturing a photo/image of an app screen or icon is either directly thru the Camera (tap the camera button) or access your Photo Library (tap the photo library icon) in Add App or Edit App screens. The Photo Library option allows you to edit the app icon or images using the built-in Photos app then embed it in 8Apps. You can store UNLIMITED images per app using the Edit App screen.
Cloud upload/download: Upload uploads app meta data (but not your personal rating or notes) and Download/Discover shows all app records uploaded by all app users (not just your own).
I enjoyed building 8Apps, and now use it whenever I install/update (or uninstall) an app. I truly hope it proves useful and a pleasure to use for you too.
